Zach Pello has had an interest in health and fitness since his high school days and has always had a love for sports and movement in general.
He founded Pello Fitness approximately 17 years ago and enjoys helping people regain their confidence and achieve their fitness goals today as much as when he first started his business. These days, Zach is a happily married man with three amazing children. Despite his often busy home schedule, Zach still finds the time to stick to his fitness goals and loves helping others learn the best ways of doing so in their lives too. During his personal training career, Zach has been mentored by leading figures such as Brad Warner, Garrett Serd, Adam Feit, and Zach Moore. He feels they have helped him develop into the coach he is today. During Zach’s career, he has worked with upwards of 500 individuals and successfully helped them improve their health, self-confidence, and well-being. |

It’s a plan that offers weekly one-on-one training sessions, with full text message and email support over the duration. The Total Transformation plan aims to get you losing three to five inches off your waist in only twelve weeks.
There is also a Semi-Private Women’s Training plan, which is perfect for women that might feel intimidated working out on their own at the gym, and wish to achieve a specific fitness goal. You can enjoy between four to eight semi-private training sessions each month and have the support of a fantastic community of women.
